  • Tutor did not show up for a scheduled session.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in these scenarios:

  • Missed sessions without prior notice (no-show by the student).
  • Change of mind once the work has been delivered.
  • Issues arising from your personal internet or technical setup.
  • Partial usage of multi-session or bundled packages.

Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to avail the services:

  • You may reschedule it at least 24 hours in advance at no extra cost.
  • Late rescheduling or cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.
