Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Tutor did not show up for a scheduled session.
- Session was disrupted due to technical issues on our end.
- You were charged in error.
- The service provided did not match the description or quality promised.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in these scenarios:
- Missed sessions without prior notice (no-show by the student).
- Change of mind once the work has been delivered.
- Issues arising from your personal internet or technical setup.
- Partial usage of multi-session or bundled packages.
Rescheduling Policy
If you are unable to avail the services:
- You may reschedule it at least 24 hours in advance at no extra cost.
- Late rescheduling or cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.
